The trio enjoyed a small celebratory get-together and lunch to show support for their friend Leah's business, HarvestersOC, which provides food to needy families in the Orange County area. <\/p>\n

In 2017, she told the magazine People<\/em> "Exercise is a stress reliever for me. There's nothing like a good three-mile run to really clear my head and get those endorphins flowing.".<\/p>\n In fact, Christina turned to fitness to cope with personal difficulties.<\/p>\n Christina shared, "My other favorite activity is yoga. I have an amazing personal instructor who has changed my life. Our classes are very spiritual and have really helped me cope with my divorce and the other emotions I'm going through at this time.". <\/p>\n Exercise helps the star both mentally and physically (Instagram).<\/p>\n Christina constantly makes efforts to maintain her slim figure.<\/p>\n She shared, "I discovered Orangetheory and I'm completely hooked. The workouts combine running, which is my favorite form of exercise, with strength training, which I never do on my own. Time flies by, and the workouts are always challenging.
