It&#039;s always been Dante&#039;s Divine Comedy, complete with guns and a red cloak. Season one was called &quot;Inferno.&quot; Season two was &quot;Purgatory.&quot; Season three will be &quot;Paradise.&quot; These three seasons make up the &quot;Force Saga.&quot; From the very beginning, the &quot;Force Saga&quot; was conceived as a film trilogy disguised as a television series.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> One of Capcom&#039;s most successful gaming franchises (emerging after the failure of the game <em>Resident Evil<\/em> ), <em>Devil May Cry,<\/em> debuted in 2001 and spawned six main installments, selling over 32 million copies worldwide. An anime series was also released in 2007. <em>Devil May Cry: The Animated Series<\/em> .
