June 5 (UPI) -- "Lioness" will return to Paramount+ in August for a third season.<\/p>\n
On Friday, the streaming service announced in a press release that the premiere date for Season 3 will be August 2.<\/p>\n
\u00abLioness is a spy thriller from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, starring Zoe Saldanha and Nicole Kidman as Joe McNamara, as well as Caitlin Meade, a CIA operative and her superior.<\/p>\n
Other cast members include Morgan Freeman, Michael Kelly, Leysla De Oliveira, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, and LaMonica Garrett.<\/p>\n
In season three, the Lionesses team will take on their "most personal mission yet," where "hidden networks, foreign agents, and personal betrayals collide.". <\/p>\n
