Simone also shared photos of several flower arrangements she received. <\/h2>\n
She then posted a photo of herself relaxing in bed with her two French bulldogs, Lilo and Rambo. In the post, she included an image showing her elevated heart rate\u2014126 beats per minute\u2014and wrote, "I'll be here.". <\/h2>\n
