This is thanks to its excellent maneuverability in swampy, sandy, and snowy terrain.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19199\" src=\"https:\/\/imgist.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mtlb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The MTLB multipurpose transporter consists of the following main parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>power point;<\/li>\n<li>transmission;<\/li>\n<li>chassis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The power unit consists of a diesel engine modification YaM3-238 and systems for cooling, lubrication, heating, fuel and air supply, and exhaust gas removal.<\/p>\n<p>The transmission includes an intermediate gearbox, a dead-end clutch, and cardan gears.<\/p>\n<p>The chassis consists of tracks, support rollers, guide rails and hydraulic shock absorbers.<\/p>\n<p>The engine, systems, and instruments are located in the central part of the hull. The remaining space in the hull is reserved for heavy cargo and personnel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19198\" src=\"https:\/\/imgist.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/vezdehod-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"372\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One example of this technology&#039;s application is a tracked fire engine based on the MTLB and MTLBu chassis, which is capable of performing a wide range of operations in difficult terrain. Its capabilities include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>extinguishing forest and peat fires;<\/li>\n<li>patrolling territories;<\/li>\n<li>delivery to the place where firefighters are called;<\/li>\n<li>carrying out rescue operations;<\/li>\n<li>supplying water to the fire site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This tracked vehicle can be controlled by both a crew and remotely for use in high-risk areas.<\/p>\n<p>These all-terrain vehicles can be equipped with swamp-going tracks, a plow, a bulldozer blade, and other specialized additional equipment.
