She initially worked as a stockbroker and later studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute.<\/p>\n<p> Having received a small role in the film <em>\u00ab&quot;Trading Places&quot;\u00bb<\/em> 1983, together with his sister and starring in a German comedy <em>\u00abMagic Wands\u00bb<\/em> In 1987, Curtis played the lead role in the Italian horror film <em>\u00abThe Devil&#039;s Daughter\u00bb<\/em> 1991.
