Whether it uses reinforced concrete, screw piles, or bored piles, specialized equipment will be required.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#039;s consider the process technology using the example of a simple foundation on reinforced concrete piles. The term &quot;simple&quot; here simply means that it doesn&#039;t involve complex layouts such as clusters, column piles, or a continuous pile field. It&#039;s simply a linear distribution of foundation elements under the load-bearing walls.<\/p>\n<h2>Methods of driving piles into the ground<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Impact method<\/strong>. It is accomplished using the impact force of a pile hammer dropped from a height. It is often called a pile driver, but in reality, a pile driver is a device that supports the hammer. As a result of repeated hammer blows, the pile is driven into the ground. The completion of driving is considered the moment when the driving stops.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vibratory driving<\/strong>. It is used for driving piles into non-rocky soils to great depths. It can also be used for constructing large-diameter pile foundations. The advantage here is lower noise levels. There is also less dynamic impact on the soil around the pile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indentation<\/strong>. It is used only for installing small-section piles at shallow depths. Its advantage is the complete absence of noise. This method has proven itself in foundation strengthening work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Schemes of operation of the equipment during installation<\/h2>\n<p>Flow charts are developed for any construction project. For pile foundations, the chart helps optimize the routes of piling equipment.<\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s impossible, for example, to install corner piles first, then center piles, and then randomly. At a certain point, it will become impossible to approach the next marking point. And this is just for a simple foundation for a small house. Complex pile fields are also possible.<\/p>\n<p>The second important point is that work patterns help distribute the load evenly on the ground. As the number of piles driven increases, the magnitude of the load also changes. Failure (stoppage of penetration) of the next pile may occur earlier than expected.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-92723\" src=\"https:\/\/imgist.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/montazh-zhb-svay.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But here we will only look at the diagrams for a simple foundation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Private<\/strong>, in which the pile driver moves sequentially in a straight line. It is used for foundations on sandy soils that do not compact under dynamic loads.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sectional<\/strong> The unit moves along two rows, then skips the third, and so on. The unit returns to the skipped rows after the last one passes through the row section.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spiral<\/strong> With driving starting from the center and moving outward in a spiral. Suitable for dense soils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you can see, you can&#039;t build a pile foundation yourself.
