According to a report from TMZ on Wednesday, June 3, sources said the 22-year-old social media star has severed ties with Be Happy Snacks, the popcorn company founded by the D'Amelio brothers in 2023.
The family photo still appears on the company's website, and the "Our Story" page states: "Through the D'Amelio family's love of creativity and connection, we strive to bring joy and satisfy cravings with delicious, flavor-packed snacks that will make your taste buds dance.".
Charlie reportedly began distancing herself from the company in March 2025, and this was officially confirmed in November of that year.
As TMZ reported, it was "an official, amicable termination of the agreement with D'Amelio Brands and D'Amelio Family LLC that everyone had agreed to at the time.".
