A lie is a shadow that distorts reality, a whisper that destroys trust, and a mask that hides the true face. It creeps into our lives unnoticed, like fog, shrouding the truth and creating illusions. These poems are an attempt to look deception in the eye, to understand its nature, and to explore the consequences it leaves in our hearts and souls. There is no moralizing here, only echoes of what we have experienced and seen, captured in rhythm and rhyme.

Fragile porcelain
A smile sometimes hides deception, Like a crack in old, thin ice. And the world seems completely different When you don't let the truth show. Words are fragile, like old porcelain, Easily broken, unable to withstand the heat. And in the heart an eternal debate lurks, About how lies are absurd and evil.
Mirror Maze
In a mirrored labyrinth of reflections, where every image is but an empty mirage, lies wander, motionless, hiding the truth like precious baggage. We search for a way out, but circle ever further, captive to our own false words. And it seems that everything around is only falsehood, and there is no escape from the heavy shackles. And in every mirror – someone else’s grief, and in every glance – hidden guilt. Only silence – the quiet call of hope, that will lead us out of this canvas.
Ashes of hope
When deception becomes a habit, and the truth seems distant as a dream, a cold shadow settles in the soul, and the light fades, and the world around grows dark. Promises, like leaves in the wind, scatter without a trace. And in the heart only melancholy and an evil broom, always sweeping away faith in the best. And all that remains is the ashes of hope, and the bitter taste of disappointment. And the quiet whispers of those gone before, that lies are the source of suffering. But even in the ashes one can discern a spark that will rekindle the fire of love. And learn to cherish the truth in the heart, and forever escape deception.
Shadows of the Past
Deception roams the shadows of the past, like a ghost that can't find peace. And whispers quietly, like a wicked hooligan, that happiness is but an empty battle. It lures in a web of false promises, promising paradise. But behind the smile lies only suffering, and only cold settles in the heart.
Glass castle
We build castles of deception and lies, glassy, fragile, delicate. And we believe in the fairy tales we create ourselves, and hide the truth in boundless shadows. But let one word slip, and the castle will collapse, shattering into dust. And all that remains is to bitterly admit that happiness was but a phantom reality. And in the shards of glass we will see a reflection of our mistakes and empty hopes. And we will understand that lies are only destruction, and that truth is the light that protects us.
Faceless Mask
Donning a faceless mask of deception, we hide our faces, afraid to show them. And in this world filled with fog, we try to hold on to the truth. But the mask stifles, deprives us of freedom, and turns us into empty shadows. And only misfortune settles in the heart, and there is no escape from difficult days. And I want to tear it off, immediately, and show the world my face. And live in the truth, sincerely and boldly, and forever break the ring of deception. But fear is strong, and the mask holds, as if glued to the very soul. And in this vicious circle spins, the hope of deliverance in silence.
Echo of Silence
In the echo of silence, deception is heard, Like a soft whisper that pierces the ear. And it seems as if the world around us is just a plan, And that there is neither truth nor merit in it. We hide our thoughts, afraid of being ridiculed, And say only what we want to hear. And in this world full of hypocrisy, We try to somehow survive and breathe.
The illusion of choice
When deception is presented as a choice, and sweet pills are offered, we believe in fairy tales like naive orphans, and forget our proud strength. We are convinced that lies are a blessing, that truth is too cruel and evil. And we surrender, as if under siege, and allow deception to rule our affairs. But deep inside, a small flame of hope and faith always remains. And it will remind us that lies are merely inaction, and that truth is the path to light and sphere. And we will awaken, as if from a nightmare, and see the world in its true light. And we will understand that the choice was always ours, and that lies are but a shadow in our summer.
Empty words
Empty words, like autumn leaves, swirl effortlessly in the cold wind. And it seems as if they lack a spark, and that they mean nothing. They sound beautiful and convincing, but behind them lies only emptiness. And disappointment settles in the heart, and faith in the best vanishes into oblivion.
The Hidden Truth
Hidden truth, like a pearl in a shell, Shines secretly, beckoning with its beauty. But to see it, you must dare, And open your heart to the sacred truth. We fear the truth, like fire and water, And hide it in the depths of our souls. But sooner or later it will come to light, And destroy all our empty silences. And then we will have to look it in the eye, And admit our mistakes and sins. And learn to live in the truth without fear, And forever escape deception. But even if the truth is cruel, It is better than the lies that gnaw at the soul. And it will give us hope for a new beginning, And that happiness still awaits us.
Dancing Shadows
Dancing shadows of deception weave patterns in the twilight of night. And it seems that the world around us is nothing but a drama, and that there is neither truth nor prophecy in it. They lure us into their web of lies, and promise us paradise. But behind the smile lies only suffering, and only frost settles in the heart.
Broken mirrors
Broken mirrors of deception reflect our distorted faces. And it seems that the world around us is just a wound, and that there is neither love nor mercy in it. We try to glue them together, but to no avail, and the shards cut our hands. And in this world full of hypocrisy, we try to find at least some sounds. And we understand that it is better to live without mirrors, than to see in them only lies and deceit. And that truth is the light that warmed us, and that it is our only talisman.
Whisper of lies
The whisper of lies, like poison, penetrates the consciousness, poisoning thoughts and words. And it seems as if the world around is burning, and that there is neither truth nor warmth in it. It beckons us into its dark reaches, and promises power and wealth. But behind the smile lies only sorrow, and in the heart only fear and boasting settle.
Empty shell
When deception becomes the essence of existence, we turn into empty shells. And in this world full of hypocrisy, we try to find some kind of solace. We lose ourselves, forget our dreams, and live only for lies and deceit. And only melancholy and fear settle in the heart, and there is no salvation from this flaw. But even in the darkest night, there is hope for dawn and light. And we must find the strength within ourselves to escape this disaster and misfortune. And tear the mask of deception from our faces, and show the world our true face. And live in truth, sincerely and boldly, and forever break the ring of deception.
