A Grammy Award-winning artist and songwriter for Britney Spears and Usher was fatally stabbed in London.

UK police have arrested but later released three people suspected of involvement in the fatal stabbing of Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Mark "Yinka" Orabiyya, known by his stage name Talay Riley, whose body was found in an east London garden last week.

«"Mark was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He brought love, light, and joy to our family and everyone who knew him," the Orabiyya family said in a statement released by the Metropolitan Police. "We will always cherish his kindness, beautiful spirit, and remarkable talent. His presence touched so many lives, and his memory will remain forever in our hearts.".

Police reported that around 9 a.m. on Friday, they received a call about a man being stabbed in the Silvertown neighborhood. They found Orabiyi in a nearby garden with stab wounds. Paramedics attempted first aid, but Orabiyi died at the scene.

«"This is a tragic incident and my thoughts remain with Mark's family and loved ones," wrote Detective Chief Inspector Joanna York, who is leading the death investigation.

News: Gordon S. Wood, an influential scholar of the American Revolution, has died at the age of 92.

The police chief is asking the public for help and is looking for anyone who may have video footage of the incident.

Another man, aged around 20, also suffered multiple stab wounds and was taken to the hospital. According to police, his injuries are not life-threatening.

Three people were arrested following the incident: a 27-year-old man, a 24-year-old man, and a 25-year-old woman. The 27-year-old man was released on bail, while the other two were released without charge.

Orabiyi is known for writing songs for artists such as Nick Jonas, Chris Brown, Usher, and Britney Spears. He won a Grammy Award for HER's "Lights On.".

Orabiya's family and manager, Cleo Amedume, released a statement on Instagram in memory of the late artist.

«"Those who knew Talai personally will fondly remember his incredible talent as a Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling songwriter and performer," the statement read. "Those who knew and loved him personally will miss his humor, generosity, and unique charisma most of all.".
