But recently, more and more stars are opting for natural makeup, showing off their true beauty to the world. Here are some famous women who claim to have appeared makeup-free on and off the red carpet:
1. Let's start with the fact that Alicia Keys started the #NoMakeup movement in 2016. After she went makeup-free for an album photo shoot, she described the moment as "the most powerful, most confident, most free, and most truly beautiful I've ever felt.".

2. In 2023, Pamela Anderson made headlines by appearing makeup-free at Paris Fashion Week, and has worn the look on the red carpet ever since. "I don't do 'no makeup,'" she said. "I do 'no makeup.'".

3. While promoting the film "Ella Mackay," Jamie Lee Curtis shared a makeup-free selfie. "I had a fantastic team of helpers both at home and at work who helped me look so put together and well-groomed," she captioned the post.
