Patrick Godfrey has died: the star of the series "Everlasting Love" was 93 years old.

Patrick Godfrey, an actor best known for his role in in the film "Everlasting Love: A Cinderella Story"« along with Drew Barrymore, died at the age of 93.

On Friday, June 5, Godfrey's talent agency, Markham Froggatt & Irwin, announced his death in a statement posted on its website.

«"It is with deep sadness that we confirm that Patrick Godfrey passed away last night," the agency said in a statement announcing his death on Thursday, June 4. "He passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. Paddy was an exceptionally talented actor and a wonderful person, and he will be deeply missed.".

The cause of death has not been disclosed at the time of writing.

He also described Godfrey as "a wonderful person, a great actor and a great friend.".
