We're screaming, crying, and throwing up in the van because Bravo just released a trailer. for the show "The Real Housewives of Bachelorette: The Roaring 20s"« , and that's just what our little Bravo-obsessed hearts need to lift their spirits midweek. And the best news? We won't have to wait long for this amazing show to hit our screens. Happy 20th anniversary, indeed!
The new season of RHUGT is just around the corner!
Naturally, the RHUGT trailer opens with a classic Vicki Gunvalson moment from 2006, when she unexpectedly shows up at her son's college party. Iconic scenes from all the major franchises follow, so we can truly appreciate how far we've come.
Through archival footage, we are transported to the present day, where Vicki, Luann de Lesseps, Porsha Williams, Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Gizelle Bryant, and Lisa Barlow embark on a girls' road trip across the United States in honor of the franchise's 20th anniversary.
«"These are the coolest girls on Bravo," Portia rightly declares in the trailer.
In addition to the seven Housewives reality show contestants visiting six cities, we'll also be seeing 82 guest appearances from across the Housewives universe. And since this is Housewives, there's bound to be plenty of drama and twists along the way.
At one point, the cast of "The Real Housewives of Rhode Island" yells at each other inside Dorinda Medley's Bluestone Manor estate. It's rookie behavior.
«"You can go out into the driveway for this," Dorinda warned the newcomers.
The drama involving the various contestants doesn't end there. In another video, Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby gets into a confrontation with Kyle, clearly still harboring a grudge over her run-in with Mauricio Umansky in Aspen.
«"I think there are some misconceptions about your ex-husband," Ashley says, to which Kyle replies, "Technically, we're still married.".
The trailer also gives us our first glimpse of some "Housewives" legends we haven't seen in ages. NeNe Leakes makes her Bravo debut since her high-profile conflict with the network and Andy Cohen.
Carole Radziwill, another of Andy's former adversaries, also appears briefly. We used to pray for times like these.
In honor of Housewives' 20th anniversary, Bravo is delighting us with nine crossover-filled episodes. Buckle up!
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th premieres on August 9 at 9:00 PM ET/8:00 PM ET on Bravo. It will be available to stream the following day on Peacock.
