Bankruptcy became a popular topic during the final season of RHOA. In fact, Pinkie's bankruptcy filing made headlines even before her RHOA debut. But as fans see throughout the season, she's been clarifying her decision to file somewhat.
Pinky, known for her Slutty Vegan restaurant chain, discovered that the entrepreneur was millions in debt due to rapidly mounting debt. She even spoke with her co-star Kelly Ferrell, who was in a similar situation.
While filming the final season of RHOA, she hadn't yet made a decision, but has since filed for reorganization. Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Pinkie has listed her monthly income at $6,000 in her proposed reorganization plan.
The plan outlined how she would allocate her income. It stated she would spend $200 on childcare expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, $300 on medical expenses, $1,574 on Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 on federal taxes. This would leave her with $1,500 per month in available cash.
Hopefully, this new plan will help her resolve her debt problem. Pinky claimed that one of her creditors had already illegally foreclosed on one of her rental homes. However, she managed to get the keys back, at least until the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process was completed.
In her latest financial statement, Pinky provides insight into how she plans to organize her expenses to meet her financial obligations.
