According to court documents, the temporary restraining order is set to expire on June 23, following a hearing to determine whether a longer-term or permanent domestic violence restraining order will be issued.
The ex-boyfriend of the film's star «Bad Boys» Teresa Randle has filed for a protective order against the actress, claiming she repeatedly broke into his home and assaulted him.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Dario Pallini filed the motion in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, June 2.
In his statement, Pallini, 60, claimed that he and Randle, 61, dated for two years, from 2022 to 2024, and that she repeatedly stalked him after their breakup.
PEOPLE reached out to Randle's representative for comment on Saturday, June 6, but did not immediately receive a response.

Pallini also said that on June 1, he returned home and found Randle, known for her roles in the films «Bad Boys» , «Bad Boys II» и «Malcolm X in her apartment after she broke into it.
He claimed she was sitting in the closet with his dog and smoking crack.
According to the case file, an argument ensued during which Pallini claims Randle hit him in the shoulder and threw a can of vegetables, which hit him in the head.
He also claimed that during a separate incident on May 18, he woke up to find Randle standing over him in his home. He stated that at that moment, he "realized she was on drugs" because "she started cleaning my house and telling me I owed her.".
He said she then threatened to shoot him before hitting him with a metal bar from a hospital bed.
Pallini claimed he called the police during the incident.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed to PEOPLE that on June 1, shortly before 5:00 PM local time, officers responded to a domestic violence call at the Pallini apartment complex. The department could not confirm whether a similar call had been made on May 18.
«"She is a drug addict and needs help," Pallini continued in the petition, adding, "She is unpredictable and I am afraid of what she might do.".
According to court documents, on June 2, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Pallini for a temporary restraining order against Randle.
The temporary restraining order is set to expire on June 23, following a hearing to determine whether a longer-term or permanent domestic violence restraining order will be issued, which would include a no-violence order, a no-contact order, and a restraining order requiring Randle to stay 300 feet away from Pallini.
