Al Roker's second-eldest daughter, Leila, recently ran into some trouble planning her wedding.
Roker previously told Swoon that Leila and her fiancé, Sylvain Gricourt, are planning to marry over Mother's Day weekend, and that the couple will celebrate their wedding in two separate ceremonies. "One will be there [in France], and one will be here. So that one is for family and friends who can't make it, and the other one will be here, for everyone else," he shared.

A video aired of a young ring bearer falling asleep while riding down the aisle in a toy car, prompting the rocker to recall a similar incident that occurred on Leila's wedding day.
«"Layla recently got married, and [my granddaughter] Sky was supposed to be the ring bearer," he told his fellow presenters. "But she developed a fever, so we had to give her ibuprofen.".
Due to Skye's unexpected illness, some changes were made to Leila's wedding procession. "Her father, Wes, had to carry her down while Courtney scattered flower petals," Roker said. (Skye is the daughter of Roker's eldest daughter, Courtney, and her husband, Wesley Laghi.)

Rocker and his family haven't yet shared wedding photos on social media, but some have already shared glimpses of Leila's wedding festivities. "Oh, what a time... a week of hellos... goodbyes... celebrations... facials... anniversaries... blessings... and just pure joy!" Rocker's wife, Deborah Roberts, captioned Instagram photos from Leila's recent trip home to New York. Among the slideshow photos was a photo of Leila in a car, holding what appeared to be a wedding dress bag.
On her Instagram page, Leila shared photos from her New York bachelorette party, as well as other snaps from her trip to the Big Apple. (Leila and Gricourt live in Paris.)
