This split-level house, built in 1959 in Studio City, was used in the series only for exterior shots. However, in 2018, it was purchased by HGTV for $3.5 million and underwent a complete renovation to match the interior as depicted in the show. «Very Brady: Renovation» 2019.
It opened for public tours this summer and has been visited by the show's cast both during the renovations and more recently.

In an interview with Houston Public Media, 68-year-old Plumb said of the house, "It's funny that it's now a historic cultural landmark. So, it was all made up from scratch.".
Plumb, who played Jan Brady in the series, added: "It's a historical, cultural reconstruction of the sets that were on the Paramount lot. And I have to say, it's stunning. Everything is meticulously crafted down to the last detail.".
The actress added that visiting the nursing home as an adult "feels strange, since I was there just a couple of weeks ago.".
«"Chris Knight and I were there to discuss the plaque they're going to put up next to the house," she said. "It was a really interesting event, and it's always weird being there because it feels like I'm on a movie set, but I've gotten a little used to it.".

Tina Trahan, who now owns the home, which she purchased from HGTV, told PEOPLE in a recent exclusive interview that her goal is to make the property a near-perfect replica of the TV show.
«"So when people come in, they see items they remember from the series and that remind them of the episodes," she says. "It's really cool. It makes the visit much more memorable.".
