At the third annual Gotham Television Awards on Monday night, awards went out to everyone, and DTF St. Louis series HBO Max's The Last Jedi was the only program to win multiple awards: Best Limited Series or Anthology Series and Best Supporting Actor for David Harbour.
Series «Pluribus» Apple TV's "The Series," created by Vince Gilligan and starring Rhea Seehorn, won the top award for Breakthrough Performance in a Drama Series, while "« I Love LA» HBO Max's "The Last of Us," created and starring Rachel Sennott, won the award for Breakthrough Performance in a Comedy Series. The 2026 Gotham TV Awards honor the best breakthrough television series and performances of 2025. HBO Max leads all platforms with five wins, while Netflix, which received 22 nominations for Gotham, placed second with three. Hulu was the only other winner of multiple awards.
Chase Infinity won the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role in the sequel «The Handmaid's Tale» from Hulu, series «Testaments» , and Baba Ceesay won for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role in the creepy series "« Alien: Earth from FX/Hulu.
In the comedy category, Tim Robinson won for his leading role in the HBO Max series "« The Chair Company, which takes place in the workplace, and Laurie Metcalf won the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Netflix Series. «"Big Mistakes", which by the evening shared first place with a mini-series from a streaming service «Death by Lightning, having four nominations each.
In another category, which honors best limited series or anthology, Michael Shannon won for best lead actor in a Netflix series. «Death by Lightning» .
The first award in the TV Movie category of the night went to Cory Michael Smith, who won the prize for Best Actor in an Original Motion Picture for the satirical dramedy «Mountain Head» from HBO Max. Then a French spy thriller about seventy-year-old heroes «Reflection in a Dead Diamond» Shudder's Gotham Award won the Best Original Movie, Broadcast or Streaming Special.
Netflix series «Katrina: Hell and Flood» received an award in the category "Breakthrough in Documentary Film".
Among the special honorees tonight, Claire Danes received the Outstanding Kerry Washington received the Outstanding Achievement Award, and Michelle Pfeiffer received the Legendary Achievement Award. Matt and Ross Duffer received the Outstanding Achievement Award for their work on the recently concluded Netflix series Stranger Things.» , and the actors of the film «"Love Story: John F.
