The new tattoo may be a tribute to her son, Jack "Blues" Bieber, whose father is her husband, Justin Bieber. Jack was born on August 22, 2024.
Hailey also shares a similar birthdate: November 22, 1996. The caption on the Instagram post read, "Summer in Rhode Island.".
