EXCLUSIVE: In the film by Curry Barker «Anything But Ghosts» , the next project from Blumhouse-Atomic Monster and Focus Features, will also star actor Chris Reinacher, known for the TV series "Superstore"« и «The Mindy Project» . The film is produced by Spooky Pictures and Divide/Conquer.
This news comes as Barker's film «"Obsession," now in theaters, became Focus Features' highest-grossing film at the U.S. box office, grossing over $111 million. It also earned an A- Cinemascore, a rarity for a horror film.

Reinacher joins the previously announced cast: Barker, Aaron Paul, Bryce Dallas Howard, Violet McGraw and Cooper Tomlinson.
Blumhouse and Atomic Monster played a key role in Barker's search, joining the project Anything But Ghosts some time ago, they convinced Focus to acquire the full-length directorial debut of a genre content creator on YouTube, film Obsession, at the TIFF Midnight Film Festival.
Reinacher is a filmmaker, comedian, screenwriter, and digital content creator whose staged and unstaged videos have garnered over 400 million views online. His short films have screened at the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals. His most recent directorial effort is the short film «Fly Me to the Earth» on YouTube's That's a Bad Idea, a sci-fi comedy which he directed, co-wrote, and stars in alongside Barker and Tomlinson.
On television, he was the showrunner for the digital sketch show Read the Room , which has received over 100 million views online. He has starred in projects such as Your Friends Will Never Believe You , Superstore (NBC), The Mindy Project (Fox), and also worked for Adult Swim, Comedy Central Digital and starred in the series Teenage Mountain Lion on Hulu.
An early adopter of digital content, Reinacher co-founded Buzzfeed Video, where he created viral content weekly for the company's first three years. His personal YouTube page has nearly 400,000 subscribers, and his podcast Wine & Weed has over 3 million streams and features guests such as Michael B. Jordan, Machine Gun Kelly, Quinta Brunson and Jo Koy.
Barker wrote the screenplay for the film. «Anything But Ghosts» co-written with his longtime colleague Tomlinson; Tomlinson also stars in in the film "Obsession". Along with Barker, he is a member of the popular comedy group "That's a Bad Idea," which has millions of followers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
The film is produced by Jason Blum (Blumhouse - Atomic Monster), Roy Lee and Stephen Schneider (Spooky Pictures), and Adam Hendricks and Greg Gilreath (Divide/Conquer), in association with Image Nation and That's a Bad Idea. Barker, Tomlinson, and Ben Ross of Image Nation serve as executive producers.
