In a recent episode of the Joe and Jada »Fat Joe and Jadakiss had a heated discussion about Drake's comments about his frequent collaborator DJ Khaled on the album's track "Make Them Pay" Iceman .
In the song, Drake directly criticized Khaled for his silence on issues related to Palestine.
«"And Khaled, you know what I'm saying? / The conflict was in full swing, you went halal and followed your faith / And your people are still waiting for a free Palestine," he raps. "But apparently it's not that clear-cut, damn / I see everyone's true colors, seriously, I feel a pattern.".
«"I'm really upset that he disrespected DJ Khaled," Joe said.

Jadakiss claimed that his dissatisfaction with Drake's actions towards Khaled reflects a larger problem he sees in modern hip-hop.
«That’s what’s wrong with hip-hop,» he said. “There are invisible boundaries. It all comes down to this and that. Is this a conflict? Is this hip-hop? What can you say and what can’t you say? It’s supposed to be musical. And then there comes a point where it’s no longer musical. Then it’s not hip-hop anymore.”.
Although Joe mentioned that Khaled wasn't a rapper and couldn't respond in the typical hip-hop fashion, Jada suggested he bring another rapper into the fray with Drake. "He's got people. He's got money," he said. "Call him, take whatever you want. It's just hip-hop, right?"«
«"I just felt like it was a form of bullying," Joe said, describing the situation with Khaled.
Jada countered by pointing out that Drake is feuding with multiple artists at the same time, in addition to his beef with Kendrick Lamar.
The conversation then turned to the question that was probably on everyone else's mind: what did Khaled do to be insulted in the first place?
After Jada suggested that someone ask Drake about the backstory behind his beef with Khaled, Joe lamented that the diss appeared on "the coolest fucking song on the album.".
In light of the controversy surrounding the insult, Khaled used Instagram Stories to spread positivity and then published an Instagram post addressing his audience in Patois.
«"Let God arise, and all His enemies be scattered," he wrote. "There is no one greater than Jah, and we run Jah's team. You come alone, thousands, and two. They confront you and hate me. They are in unbearable pain, their hearts are not pure and free. I remind them of who they are supposed to be. I am royalty, and they have lost their identity.".
A video later surfaced showing the streamer approaching Khaled and asking him to say "Free Palestine." Instead, Khaled made a peace sign and said, "Peace and love to all.".
