However, according to insiders, the former couple's relationship has become much less friendly since 45-year-old Alba began dating 33-year-old actor Danny Ramirez. As reported Star Magazine , a source said that Warren, 47, is disappointed with the public nature of Alba's new romance.

According to court documents filed on March 16 and obtained by the publication E! News, Alba and Warren have agreed to divide all marital assets accumulated during their marriage, which lasted from May 19, 2008, until their separation on December 27, 2024.
Their shared assets include investments in businesses such as WeWork and Culver Studios, stocks, art, furniture, and numerous properties acquired during their time together.
As part of the agreement, the actress, known for her role in the film "Warning: Potentially Traumatic Content," will pay Warren $5 million from the sale of one of their jointly owned homes. She will also contribute $500,000 to cover expenses related to their three children.
Warren is reportedly entitled to half of Alba's earnings from royalties and payments related to projects completed during their marriage, including Machete, Valentine's Day, The Office, Barely Famous, and Dear Eleanor.
He will also receive 50 percent of her restricted stock in The Honest Company.
