Several years ago, Rob Gronkowski managed to attract the attention of Camille Kostek, which led to their life together.
Gronkowski and Kostek's relationship began after they met in 2013 at a New England Patriots charity event. At the time, Gronk was a tight end for the team, and Kostek was a cheerleader. Since players were prohibited from dating cheerleaders, they would have had to keep their potential relationship a secret.
In a recent interview with the publication WAG World , According to People, the model revealed that Gronkowski was the first to make a move on their romance. The tight end wrote his phone number on the back of a sticker that read, "Hi, I'm Rob Gronkowski," and added a handwritten "Shh.".
«"I thought, 'Oh, what a clever boy,'" Kostek said, adding that she still has a crumpled sticker with his number.
They publicly announced their relationship in 2015, when Kostek retired from the Patriots after their Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seattle Seahawks. In an interview with the publication, she shared her thoughts on marriage and children, noting that she believed it would happen when the time was right.

Kostek and Gronkowski are successfully pursuing their careers side by side. The model recently appeared in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue alongside Alix Earl, Livvy Dunn, and others. Gronkowski currently works as a studio NFL analyst for FOX Sports.
