Star reality show "The Real Housewives of Miami"« Lisa Hochstein breathed a sigh of relief after she was cleared of serious crime charges.
During their acrimonious divorce, Lisa's ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, accused her of stalking him. But after completing a pre-trial settlement program in Miami-Dade County, a counselor recommended that the charges against Lisa be dropped.
On June 22, in an open court hearing, all charges were finally dropped.

«"The Miami Beach Police Department dropped the case over three years ago," Lisa told Reality Blurb. "Yet the legal attacks continued, causing me and, ultimately, our children tremendous emotional and financial suffering.".
«"I'm tired of seeing the legal system used as a weapon to try to harm me," she continued. "I'm grateful this is finally behind me, and I'm focused on moving forward.".
Furthermore, Lisa stated that the criminal charges "should never have been brought.".
«"Three years ago, when these charges were first filed, the Miami Beach Police Department declined to prosecute," she explained. "We're glad the charges were dropped and we can move forward.".
In May 2023, Lisa and her then-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, were accused of planting a listening device in Lenny's car. At the time, Lisa denied any wrongdoing, calling Lenny's accusations "malicious and premeditated.".
In April 2026, a Miami-Dade County court issued arrest warrants for Lisa and Jodi. Following Jodi's arrest, Lisa voluntarily surrendered to authorities.
According to court documents, Lisa and Lenny's divorce proceedings were already underway as early as March 2023. Lisa and Jodi allegedly "illegally and intentionally" installed a listening device in Lenny's car to obtain "the oral testimony of Leonard Hochstein and those with whom Leonard Hochstein spoke." Apparently, at least one listening device was hidden in the car to "access and monitor [Lenny's] private, non-public communications relating to this litigation.".
Unfortunately, RHOM Season 8 has been postponed and the show has been put on hiatus.
