EXCLUSIVE: Michael Sarnosky, director of such films as «"Pig"» и «A Quiet Place: Day One» , will direct the pilot episode series "Chain" »" for HBO, and also executive produced the acclaimed miniseries based on the New York Times bestselling novel by Adrian McKinty.
Sarnoski reunites with Jodie Comer, who will star in the film, after working together on the upcoming A24 thriller «The Death of Robin Hood» . In the eight-episode series, Comer plays Rachel, a suburban mother who is forced to face the unthinkable when her daughter is kidnapped.

The Chain TV series« Created by Media Res and Emmy Award-winning writer Damon Lindelof, who serves as writer, executive producer, and showrunner, the pilot was written by Lindelof, Carly Wray, and Brianna Gibson, as well as Lindelof and Wray.
Other executive producers on the series include Michael Ellenberg of Media Res, the aforementioned Sarnoski, Shane Salerno, Brianna Gibson, and Joe Iberti. Author McKinty serves as a co-executive producer.
Sarnoski rose to fame with the acclaimed 2021 film Neon. «"Pig »" starring Nicolas Cage, which was later made into a Paramount film «A Quiet Place: Day One» , which grossed over $250 million worldwide. His next project is «The Death of Robin Hood» starring Hugh Jackman, which will be released by A24 on June 19. He will also write and direct the film adaptation of Hideo Kojima's game. «Death Stranding» for A24 and Kojima Productions. He is represented by WME, Range Media Partners, and Derek Kroger.
