ImGist - I Am the Essence

Michelle Keegan holds tiny baby Palma. Her husband, Mark Wright, touchingly congratulated her on this important milestone in their daughter's life.

Happy birthday, Michelle Keegan! The Manchester-born star turned 39, and to mark the occasion, her husband of 11 years, Mark Wright, shared a touching message for the Netflix star.

The 39-year-old former TOWIE contestant posted a series of photos with his beautiful wife on his Instagram account, some of which date back to the early days of their relationship. One of the photos that caught our attention was a picture of Michelle holding their baby daughter, Palma, who was born last year.

Michelle held her little girl in her arms and looked out to sea.

Mark captioned the photos: "Today is your day, baby. A year away from turning 40, but you look no older than 21. You're too humble to realize how special you are, but what you do for us and everyone around you means more than you'll ever understand. Love you, dear M&P.".

In the aforementioned photo, Michelle and Palma were dressed in white and looking out to sea, apparently standing on the balcony of a cruise ship. Michelle had her back to the camera, her signature chestnut hair fluttering in the sea breeze.

Mark shared a series of photos capturing their loving years together.

The comments section was filled with messages from the star's friends and family, who couldn't resist wishing the "Fool Me Once" singer a happy birthday.

Thursday Memories

Other photos included in the archive included snapshots of the couple throughout their busy life together, including vacationing on a luxury yacht, attending a festival, and enjoying the glittering lights of a chic restaurant.

The couple got married in 2015.

In 2016, on the eve of her first wedding anniversary, Michelle gave an exclusive interview to the magazine HELLO! She said: "He is my best friend. I love that he is a gentleman. I feel very happy. There is nothing in my life that I would change. I don't regret anything. I am very happy with my work and personal life.".

One of the photos captures the couple in an archival moment at the festival.

The couple married at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and the wedding ceremony was exclusively covered by the magazine HELLO!.

«"We absolutely loved everything about it. It's a beautiful and very historic place, but when family and friends are there, it will feel like our own," she said of her wedding venue.
