Although the serialized adaptation of "« Off Campus» on Prime Video may be ahead of Elle Kennedy's original material, dropping a couple of «"Errors"» - John Logan (Antonio Cipriano) and Grace Ivers (India Fowler) - in favor of the couple from "The Account"« — Dean Di Laurentis (Steven Kalin) and Allie Hayes (Mika Abdallah), this doesn't mean viewers won't see the beginning of this couple's romantic relationship in the second season.
In a new interview with the magazine People Cipriano hinted at what viewers can expect from Logan and Grace's storyline.

«"I'm glad you don't see him in love in the first season," he explained. "I think it's great that you get to know who he is as a person and what struggles he's going through, and when that happens, when you meet Grace, and when he's going through that, she breaks down his walls, and you see it even more.".
The Broadway alum continued, "Obviously, we have Grace now, which is really cool. So there will be a little bit of that [in season two], and we'll just see how it all plays out.".
Cipriano told the publication that he read a text that presented "three amazing and completely individual, different versions of Grace," and they were all "incredible," but ultimately Fowler's interpretation and "eccentricity" felt like "she really stepped right out of the pages of the books.".
«"When we were watching the footage back, some of the rehearsals that were happening that day, [co-showrunners] Louise [Levy] or Gina [Fattore] were like, 'That's cool because you can tell she has no idea what she's going to say next,' which is so Grace-esque, and it was perfect," he recalled.
«"She's going to bring so much to the show. She's going to take it to the next level, and I'm so excited for the relationship between Logan and Grace. It's perfect," Cipriano said.
In an interview with Deadline's Dessi Gomez, Cipriano discussed what he's most excited about in a potential Logan and Grace-centric season. "I'm really excited about «"Error"» . "I think it's a great book. I think it's such a sweet, romantic comedy moment, and I think the ending is just wonderful. And I love the list. I'm just delighted with all the little details and the meeting scene. We don't know exactly what it's going to look like, but whenever we get to that point, it's going to be really exciting," he said.
Logan is Garrett Graham's (Belmont Cameli) best friend and a right winger for the Briar Hawks varsity hockey team when he meets freshman sociology student Grace, who immediately catches his eye.
Series «Off Campus» was renewed for a second season long before the first aired—and for good reason, as the first season broke viewing records for the streaming service, ranking third as the most-watched debut episode ever. Deadline exclusively reported that Fowler has landed the role, alongside Phillipa Soo, who will recur as Scarlett, a theater actress guest-directing an original play for the college drama department.
Levi's made-for-TV student series «Off-campus» follows an elite hockey team and the women in their lives as they navigate love, heartbreak, and self-discovery while strengthening deep connections and overcoming the challenges of transitioning into adulthood.
The first season chronicles the opposites-attract romance between quiet singer Hannah (Ella Bright) and Briar University hockey star Garrett, who create a fake relationship to win the heart of Hannah's love interest, Justin Kohl (Josh Huston). The first season also introduces the other four hockey players, each of whom will be the protagonist of a season based on a different book.
Filming for the second season is scheduled to begin tomorrow in Canada.
