Robert Peopo Bryson was born on April 13, 1951, in Greenville, South Carolina. His first album, Peabo , Bryson released in 1976. Among Bryson's biggest hits is the title song from Walt Disney's classic animated film Beauty and the Beast (1991), where he performed a duet with Celine Dion. In 1992, he recorded the song "A Whole New World" from the Disney cartoon «Aladdin »", where he sang a duet with Regina Belle.
