New release Sony Music is a carefully curated collection of eight classic tracks spanning the band's 1970s output, including such landmark albums as Meddle , The Dark Side of the Moon , Wish You Were Here и The Wall . As the title suggests, the tracklist includes eight key compositions, such as « Money », « Wish You Were Here »" And "« Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2 »", a selection of which was compiled by Steven Wilson.
According to the press release announcing the album, 8-Tracks is described as "a starting point for new listeners to discover the depth and breadth of Pink Floyd's unrivaled album catalogue, as well as a carefully curated collection that longtime fans will appreciate.".
