The publication also mentioned another detail of the deal. It is reported that the Duke of Cornwall will sell 20 percent of the land over the next ten years. William's project will apparently help local communities acquire "affordable" housing and implement "environmental projects." The land is expected to be sold either in its entirety or divided into two parcels, one to be called Hill Farm and the other Seed Farm.
Wilhelm also previously stated that the duchy is not the "traditional owner," the publication reports. "We can do so much good. I try to prioritize what will improve the lives of people living in these areas," he said. Meanwhile, a duchy representative advised caution in allocating resources.
