RHOA alum Drew Sidora may reportedly remain in the Georgia mansion she shares with her ex-husband, Ralph Pittman, despite their protracted divorce proceedings.

According to court documents previously obtained by TMZ, Sidora, 41, was no longer required to leave her marital home by May 31.

"I remain focused on being the best mother I can be, continuing my work, and moving forward with dignity, faith, and positivity. While Sidora couldn't reveal details of the current agreement, she told TMZ, "I just want a fair resolution.".

«"I'm not disappointed, I'm not bitter, I want to be a great mother and focus on my children," she added of her 10-year-old son, Machai, and 8-year-old daughter, Aniya, whom she co-parents with 43-year-old Pittman. Sidora is also mother to a 14-year-old son, Josiah, from a previous relationship.

According to an amended temporary order obtained by TMZ in April, Sidore was previously ordered to vacate the Georgia mansion by May 31. The judge reportedly ordered her to vacate the marital home due to "the parties' current financial situation.".

The former couple will reportedly also co-parent their two children. Pittman was granted primary physical custody of the children during the school year, while Sidora will spend time with them on alternating weekends starting in August, according to TMZ, citing the document.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ in April, after the court ruling, Sidora said that if she was forced to leave the house, she would be left "homeless" along with her eldest child, Josiah.

PEOPLE exclusively confirmed in March 2023 that Pittman filed for divorce from Sidora after nearly nine years of marriage.

In an exclusive statement to PEOPLE at the time, Pittman said, "Love is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to move on independently. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. We have three wonderful young children, and their well-being and development are of the utmost importance.".

Sidora added in her statement: "After eight years of desperately fighting for my marriage, I have made the painful decision to lovingly let my husband go. While Ralph and I have decided to move forward separately, we hope to remain friends so we can responsibly raise our child together.".

When filing for divorce, Pittman requested joint legal and physical custody of the children, and Sidora later filed her own divorce petition, stating that there was "no chance or hope for reconciliation" between the spouses. She also requested joint legal, but temporary and permanent primary physical custody.

Later that month, in an amended divorce petition, the actress from the film «White Chicks» claimed Pittman was a "serial cheater and adulterer" who allegedly subjected her to psychological and financial abuse, and at one point even "became physically aggressive.".

At the time, Pittman did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Sidora's allegations.

Apparently, he has not publicly commented on Sidora's accusations against him. In June 2023, he apologized for his role in the divorce, telling PEOPLE: "I love my wife with all my heart. It's no secret that marriage is a difficult journey, not for the faint of heart. My family means everything to me, and I am dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and being a rock for my wife and children.".

He added, "While we know the true reason that ultimately led to my divorce filing, I am using this time to be alone and work on becoming a better version of myself. I stand by my response to the filing, but I sincerely apologize for my role in the deterioration of our relationship. As time goes on, I am filled with hope and optimism for brighter days ahead.".
