Get ready for another summer of love—and plenty of drama. «Love Island USA» returns with a new round of pairing reshuffles, eliminations and sensational revelations.
In season eight, premiering Tuesday on Peacock, a new group of singles heads to the villa in hopes of finding love and winning the $100,000 prize.
This year's "Island" contestants include a police officer, a Paralympic medalist, the daughter of a former NBA player, and the brother of a former contestant.
One of the show's contestants, Wasana Montgomery, was dropped from the show days before its premiere after creators alleged she used a racist slur in videos that surfaced on social media.

Aniya Harvey

Harvey, the daughter of former NBA player Donnell Harvey, wants to be courted at the villa. "Nobody wants a guy who's indifferent and doesn't pay attention to you," she says. "You'll be a loser, and nobody wants that, and I've dated losers before.".
Beatrice Hatz

Location: San Diego, California.
Khats is a Paralympic athlete. She competed in the 2020 and 2024 Games, winning a bronze medal in the women's long jump (T64 category) at the latter. And what about her personal life? "I'm not going to compete for a man—he's not a medalist.".
Bryce Dettloff

Location: Los Angeles, California.
Model, DJ, and jack-of-all-trades Dettloff says he's reached a point in his life where he's looking for something serious. He says, "I feel like I'm getting older. I'll be 30 soon. My kids call me Uncle now.".
Gabriel Vasconcelos

Vasconcelos, a model by profession, says she'll "bring a touch of Brazilian fire" to the villa. "I speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English. If I want to approach you, I'll speak your language, but kissing is my love language.".
K.C. Chandler

Location: Fresno, California.
Chandler works as a nurse's assistant and believes his job gives him an advantage when it comes to dating. He adds, "If you're a man and you wear scrubs, showing a little muscle, they'll always be after you.".
Kenzie Annis

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia.
Nurse and nanny Annis said she's ready to start dating again after a year and a half of being single. "I'm so eager to meet guys," she says.
Melanie Moreno

Moreno, a manager at a swimsuit store, hopes to improve her personal life. "Those swimsuits from the damaged section—that's how you'd describe my personal life," she jokes.

Raiffel is a police officer and the father of a young son. "Finding out I was a father was an incredible 180-degree turnaround. I'm so proud to be his dad," he says.

Model Tatum says she's looking for a new beginning—and a partner who shares her self-confidence. She adds, "I don't need a guy in a supporting role. I need a leading man, because I know I'm the most valuable asset.".
