The popular series Crave, which airs in the US on HBO Max, is being released on Blu-ray and DVD, as well as a collector's edition. Fans of the Canadian hockey drama about the LGBT community can pre-order it on Amazon, and according to the Amazon description, they will receive the physical edition in April 2027.

The Special Collector's Edition Blu-ray currently has a temporary cover, with the final cover to be revealed later this summer, according to a photo posted on Amazon. The regular Blu-ray and DVD covers appear to feature the series' main poster.
The cover of the upcoming book by series creator Jacob Tierney was also released today. The book «"I'll Believe Anything: The Making of 'Fiery Rivalry'"« will be released in October and will be the official and complete collection of annotated scripts from the first season of the groundbreaking series based on the book series by Rachel Reed.« Game Changers"» .

Published in collaboration with Brendan Brady and Accent Aigu, the book will feature behind-the-scenes photos, stories, and previously unpublished material. Commentary will explore the film's direction, intimate scene choreography, costume details, and much more.

The book, with Reid's foreword, promises to answer many fan questions. According to the description, these include: "How did Tierney weave Ilya and Shane's rivalry with Scott and Kip's love story to create an unforgettable television moment? Where did the idea for that incredible Canadian Olympic fleece suit come from? And what does it look like for the entire team, led by Tierney and Brady, to plan, stage, and film some of the best sex scenes in television history?"«
Regarding the fleece jacket Heated Rivalry , Pre-orders for the jacket, inspired by the Team Canada jacket worn by Shane Hollander of Hudson Williams's team during the series, will begin tomorrow morning (June 3). The limited-edition jacket will be available for purchase exclusively on the Government of Canada website, with 10 percent of net profits from the jacket's sales going to You Can Play, a non-profit organization that works to promote LGBTQIA+ inclusivity in sports.
Although the jacket is worn by a fictional hockey player, the real NHL and the National Hockey League Players' Association will match contributions from each jacket sold, up to $25,000 CAD per organization, for a total of $50,000 CAD, according to a press release. These contributions will directly support the You Can Play mission.

Series «Heated Rivalry» , produced by Canadian streaming service Crave and streaming on HBO Max in the US, is set in a fictional hockey universe based on Reed's popular romance novels. The first season of the series is based on the second novel, «Heated Rivalry» . Tierney is the creator, writer, and director of the series.
TV series «Heated Rivalry» follows two rival professional players—Canadian Shane Hollander (Williams) of the fictional Montreal Metros and Russian Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie) of the fictional Boston Raiders—who spend nearly a decade trying to build a relationship that grows from a fleeting fling to romance. The series made stars of both Storrie and Williams.
In the months since the series premiered, the pair have performed at the Golden Globes, carried the 2026 Olympic torch relay, attended the Met Gala, and landed roles after the show wrapped. series "Heated Rivalry"« .
Crave renewed the series «Heated Rivalry» for a second season early in the first season. HBO Max confirmed it would continue airing the series. Filming for the second season is scheduled for this summer, with a release date set for spring 2027. The upcoming season will be based on the next part of Shane and Ilya's story from Reed's novels.« The Long Game» , as well as on the fifth book in the series, «Role model» .
Previously The Hollywood Reporter reported that Storrie was in talks to join the cast of the A24 comedy "« Eclipse »Molly Gordon and the writers SNL Ellie Levitan. Williams' next project will be a half-hour Canadian drama. «"Yaga"» , in which she will star alongside Carrie-Anne Moss, Noah Reid, and Clark Bacon. The film is based on the play by Kat Sandler.
Earlier this year, Reid announced the release of her seventh book in the series. «Game Changers» . Book called "Unrivaled »" will be the next chapter in Shane and Ilya's story, with a release scheduled for June 2027.
