One of Neon Studios' controversial horror films, starring Emmy Award winner Tatiana Maslany, has finally been added to the Hulu library. Starting today, Maslany's 2025 supernatural thriller "« Guardian »" is officially available to watch on Hulu.
What do we know about Tatiana Maslany's film "The Keeper"?
Osgood Perkins directed "Watchman," with Nick Lepard writing the screenplay. It was the director's final collaboration with Maslany after the film adaptation of Stephen King's short story "Ape." The She-Hulk star played Liz, a free-spirited artist who travels with her boyfriend to a remote cabin where she begins to encounter something terrifying. The film received mixed reviews from critics and audiences upon its release. It currently holds an approval rating of 50% on Rotten Tomatoes and 40% on Popcornmeter.
«"The film follows a couple who go on a romantic weekend to a secluded cabin to celebrate their wedding anniversary. When Malcolm suddenly returns to town, Liz finds herself isolated and confronted with an unspeakable evil that reveals the cabin's terrifying secrets," the synopsis reads.
The film also stars Rossif Sutherland (Small Town Murder), Tess Degenstein (Space Janitors), Glen Gordon (Providence Falls), Birkett Turton (Blade: Trinity), Erin Boyce (Waking Up to Danger), Christine Park (Paris Wrong), Gina Vultaggio (The Prom Pact), Claire Friesen, and others. In addition to starring, Maslany also served as an executive producer alongside Bonner Bellew, Fred Berger, Dave Kaplan, John Hegeman, Brian Kavanagh-Jones, Marlaina Ma, Laurie May, Peter Micelli, Noah Segal, and Vince Totino. The creative team includes cinematographer Jeremy Cox and composer Edo Van Breman, as well as editors Graeme Fortin and Greg Ng.
