The couple, who officially tied the knot in a private ceremony in the UK on May 31, previously visited Palermo, Sicily, together last year, shortly after confirming their engagement in June 2025.
A month later, the 30-year-old singer, known for her hit "Houdini," shared photos from her romantic getaway with her 36-year-old husband on her Instagram in July 2025. These posts offered fans a glimpse of special moments, entertainment, and cuisine that likely made the couple eager to return almost a year later.

Lipa began her sweet photo series with a photo of herself and Turner posing for a selfie on the streets of Palermo. The couple seemed to be enjoying admiring the Sicilian architecture, as Lipa also included other shots of Palermo's historic buildings, sumptuous frescoes, and surrounding water views.
Besides sightseeing, the couple took advantage of the city's seaside location and went on a yacht cruise. Numerous photographs show them dining and sunbathing together during the trip.

Lipa and Turner also didn't forget to get acquainted with the delicious cuisine of Sicily. In one of the photos, the actor from film "Eternity"« smiling broadly, holding a cannoli in each hand. The singer also posted photos of the pasta and several drinks she sampled during her trip.

Returning almost a year later, the couple were spotted together for the first time in Palermo on Thursday, June 4, less than a week after they exchanged vows at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London.
On Friday, June 5, the couple's pre-wedding party in the Sicilian capital was already attended by a host of stars, including Charli xcx, her husband George Daniel, Grace Gummer, and Joe Alwyn. This event will kick off Lipa and Turner's three-day wedding ceremony, which is reportedly scheduled for this weekend.
This weekend, the celebrations are expected to move to Bagheria, Sicily—a town about 30 minutes' drive from Palermo—where a ceremony will reportedly take place in the evening at an 18th-century palace called Villa Valguarnera.
