Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have married, and their first wedding ceremony felt more like a carefully edited fashion show than a traditional social event.
The singer and actor married on Sunday, May 31, in a small ceremony at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. According to Vogue, the couple was surrounded by a small circle of close friends and family when they officially tied the knot.
The ceremony was quite modest by social standards, but the outfits made it impossible to miss. Lipa wore a custom-made Schiaparelli gown, and Turner chose a navy blue Ferragamo suit.

According to Vogue, Lipa wore an ivory skirt suit designed by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry. The look included a fitted blazer with gold buttons, a matching asymmetrical skirt, white gloves, Christian Louboutin shoes, and a wide-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones.
Turner matched the formality of the moment by wearing a navy double-breasted suit by Ferragamo, complemented by a matching shirt and tie.
PEOPLE reported that photos obtained by The Daily Mail and The Sun showed the couple leaving the ceremony venue holding hands.
The wedding suit contained a reference to a well-known fashion trend.
Vogue magazine linked Lipa's wedding suit to one of the most famous wedding looks in fashion history: Bianca Jagger's 1971 wedding gown, which featured an Yves Saint Laurent Le Smoking jacket paired with a long skirt and a wide-brimmed hat.
This outfit suits Lipa's public style better than a regular dress. She often built her look on runway-quality fashion, impeccable tailoring, and pop star glamour, so the civil ceremony gave her the opportunity to express herself as a bride without turning the day into a full-blown public spectacle.
The look also gives the London ceremony a personal touch ahead of the larger celebrations reportedly still to come.
The wedding took place after their engagement in 2025.
Lipa confirmed her engagement to Turner in an interview with British Vogue published in June 2025.
«"Yes, we are engaged," she said at the time, adding that the decision to grow old together and become "best friends forever" felt special to her.
Lipa also revealed that Turner ordered a custom engagement ring after consulting with her best friends and sister, Rina. Their romance became public in early 2024 after they were spotted together at show premieres. Masters of the Air , and Lipa officially confirmed the relationship on Instagram in July 2024.
Their story began with a meeting in London.

Lipa told British Vogue that she and Turner first met at The River Café in London, where they were introduced by co-founder Ruth Rogers. About a year later, their paths crossed again in Los Angeles.
One detail from that early meeting came to light: Lipa realized they were both reading Hernan Diaz's novel,« Trust"» .
The ceremony at Marylebone's Old Town Hall brought the relationship back to London, this time as a formal wedding rather than a chance encounter.
Reports of larger celebrations in Sicily continue.
The London ceremony may not be the couple's only wedding. Vogue magazine reported that a larger celebration is expected in Palermo, Sicily.
The Sun reported that the Sicilian event could last three days and attract a wider range of celebrities. Reports include Elton John, Charli XCX, Tove Lo, Donatella Versace, and Simon Porte-Jacquemus, but these details have not been confirmed by Lipa or Turner.
The London wedding story has now been confirmed: a small civil ceremony, a historic venue, and a wedding suit that turned the couple's private event into a fashion sensation.
