Yes, it's obvious that the problem is hard to ignore, mainly because the corset seems to be doing incredibly difficult work, and it looks far from comfortable. The neckline is worn out, bordering on distracting, which is a shame, because there's a genuine sense of admirable craftsmanship here.
Once your eyes adjust to the color, the intricate detailing becomes apparent; the color palette and embellishments lend a more romantic edge to the look than we typically see on Jennifer, while the sculpted silhouette still provides the glamour and figure-flattering appeal she typically favors.

However, I was completely disappointed with the makeup. I suspect the intention was to complement the soft pink tones of the dress, but the light eyeshadow seemed too muted, making the overall look a bit washed out and lacking the punch to balance out the dress's drama.
