An OnlyFans model was rescued after falling ill while climbing the highest mountain in the continental US.
The social media influencer known as Kamryn Renae shares her experiences from her hike from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Mountain Trail.
On May 23, Camryn showed her 183,000 Instagram followers how she attempted to conquer the summit of Mount Whitney in a vlog posted to the page.
Mount Whitney, located in Inyo County, California, is 14,505 feet above sea level.
Camryn said the day started off "really well." She filmed herself applying makeup while wearing pink and green hiking gear, including a hot pink ice axe.

The OnlyFans model explained that she first had to trek about 25 miles through the wilderness to reach the base of the mountain. Before beginning the climb, Kamirin collected water from a shallow pond using a water filtration system.
«"It was just incredibly beautiful. When I was climbing the mountains, I thought, 'Oh my God, this could be the best day of my life,' because it was just amazing," Camryn recalls.
Kamirn admitted that she doesn't have much experience climbing mountains, saying she had only climbed one "much, much smaller" mountain before.
According to the blogger, the situation began to escalate during the hike.
«"I was walking on a completely sloped snow, so I used an ice axe to get a better grip on the snow, and also... if I slipped or something, I could save myself with the ice axe," she told her followers.
Camryn said that when she became ill, she decided to set up camp about two miles from the summit.

«"I decided to pitch a tent and just relax, try to rest as much as I could, hoping that I would get better and then I could continue, but in reality I just got worse and worse," she said.
Camryn said she started to feel nauseous and called for help. She explained that she was too ill to descend the mountain, leaving her trapped until the next day.
«"Luckily, the next day, a group of tourists who were also climbing to the top of the mountain met me at the summit and helped me down," the blogger said.
Camryn was evacuated from the mountains by helicopter and taken to hospital for treatment.
«"I ended up getting sick because of the water source—honestly, it was just a really unfortunate coincidence," she said.
Independent publication contacted the National Park Service and Inyo County Search and Rescue for comment regarding their involvement in the Kamirin rescue.
