Richards and Phypers, 53, married in September 2018. In July 2025, Phypers filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
The rift worsened after Richards, who was previously married to Charlie Sheen From 2002 to 2006, she accused her ex-husband, a practicing holistic healer, of physical abuse.
