The voice cast also includes John Ratzenberger as Hamm, the wisecracking piggy bank; Wallace Shawn as Rex, the anxious toy Tyrannosaurus rex; Blake Clark, who replaced Jim Varney beginning with the third film, as the ever-faithful dog Slinky; Annie Potts as the adventure-loving Bo Peep; Bonnie Hunt as the wise rag doll Dolly; Melissa Villasenor as Karen Beverly, Bonnie's homemade toy made from a plastic knife; Kristen Schaal as Trixie, the plastic triceratops toy; and Keanu Reeves as Duke Caboom, the Canadian daredevil toy.
The new voice cast includes Jeff Bergman (who voiced Bugs Bunny on Looney Tunes) as the sarcastic Mr. Potato Head, previously voiced by the late Don Rickles; Anna Vocino as the caring Mrs. Potato Head; John Hopkins (who previously voiced Estelle Harris) as the dignified stuffed hedgehog Mr. Pricklepants, previously voiced by Timothy Dalton; and Ernie Hudson as the action figure Combat Carl, replacing the late Carl Weathers.
New voices and characters include Conan O'Brien as Smarty Pants; Craig Robinson as Atlas the toy hippo GPS; Shelby Rabara as Snappy the excited toy camera; Scarlett Spears as sweet and shy 8-year-old Bonnie; Mychal-Michelle Harris as Blaze, an independent 8-year-old Armenian girl who loves animals; and Matty Matheson as tech-phobic toy Dr. Nutcase. Greta Lee ( «Past Lives, Tron: Ares» ) voices the main antagonist, Lilypad, a tablet.
