KATSEYE's Yunchae revealed she was so excited to meet BTS at their concert. ARIRANG in Las Vegas, that she forgot that she spoke Korean.
In a video message to fellow KATSEYE member Sofia, Yunchae shared her impressions of BTS's recent concert in support of their latest studio album.
«"I cried because we had a meeting with them, and after that, everything in my head went blank," Yunche said at about 3 minutes and 46 seconds into the video.
Then she acted out the scene that had her nervous all along.

«"We got to meet all the members, and they all turned out to be such simple and kind people," Sofia added. "I looked to my right, and Yunche was silent.".
After Sophia stated that she was trying to teach Yunchae to speak Korean, Yunchae laughed and admitted that she had forgotten her native language out of nervousness.
«"I thought, 'I've forgotten my Korean again,'" Yunchae recalled. "When I'm nervous, I forget my Korean.".
KATSEYE's love for BTS is genuine. At the American Music Awards on Monday (May 25), the group used the momentum of their win to express their appreciation for the K-pop superstars.
«"Tonight, we want to give a special thank you to BTS for inspiring us to represent our culture on a global scale," Sofia said.
KATSEYE won the award for Best New Artist of the Year, beating out superstars Leon Thomas and Olivia Dean.
Although Yunchae sometimes forgets she speaks Korean, her bandmates recently revealed one English phrase the 18-year-old constantly repeats.
In an interview with Australian radio station Triple J, Sofia answered for Yunchae when asked if she had any phrases she'd picked up from the other members of the group that she liked to use.
«"She says, 'It's not that hard,' more often than we ever thought," Sophia said.
Yunche was surprised. «Really? I don’t think so,» she said.
Then another member, Lara, chimed in and said that Yunche said that "like four times yesterday.".
Another member, Daniela, later shared Korean phrases she learned in Yeonjae, such as "neomo mongmalla" ("I'm thirsty"), "neomu baegopa" ("I'm hungry"), "mwo meok-ji" ("What should I eat?"), and "saranghaeyo" ("I love you").
