  • The catwalk star shared how raising children helps her cope with professional burnout.

  • Rocha has two daughters and a son with her husband, James Conran.

One of the greatest joys in Coco Rocha's life is motherhood.

The 37-year-old model and TV presenter is raising three children—daughters Ioni, 11, and Ayli, 5, and son Iver, 8—with her husband, James Conran. In an interview with PEOPLE magazine, she said that being a mother to her children is one of the most healing roles in her life.

«"People say they have periods of burnout, sometimes because of work, sometimes because of parenting, and it's very stressful. My burnout is work-related, and when I have those moments, I love nothing more than to dedicate myself to motherhood," Rocha shared at an event on May 27 celebrating Longchamp's ongoing collaboration with Jeremy Scott.

«"Most people say, 'Don't you just want to relax?' I want to be with my kids 24/7. I love filling our days with lots of activities. It's definitely for them, but it's also like reliving my childhood with them, and that's the most amazing thing. I absolutely love it," she continued, noting that in her eyes, every day is Mother's Day.

For Roshi, the special joy of parenthood is that she gets to watch her children grow and their personalities develop. Recently, the presenter Project Runway Canada experienced a touching moment when her eldest daughter, who accompanied her to a party in New York, was cast as Mary Poppins in the school production.

«"She sang it herself. She auditioned. She got the part. And it wasn't because of, as they like to say, nepotism. She achieved it all on her own," says Rocha. "I remember when Ioni got the part… it was one of the most touching moments of my life. The performance was magnificent, but the moment she realized she'd gotten it herself was simply amazing.".

In a previous interview with PEOPLE magazine, Rocha revealed how much her daughter resembles her. The thing is, her teenage daughter is already shopping in her closet and stealing her clothes for school. "I love it, but it's also really funny because—as you can see—I have long legs, and she's not quite there yet, so she's stealing my pants to school.".

The proud mother added, "I love her confidence. I wish I had that same confidence at [her age]. I hope she never loses it. But yeah, she's already succeeding, and I guess I should be very flattered.".

This summer Rocha plans to work on Project Runway« in northern Canada, but she also thinks about spending time with her family. She says, "I'd love to spend time in England with the kids, climbing castle walls and just having a good time.".
