Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have opened up about their miscarriage.
According to the documentary, Kardashian became pregnant with a baby girl about six months after the pair transitioned from longtime friends to romantic partners in late 2020.
However, the pregnancy tragically ended around three months into its pregnancy. "When we lost the baby, we were devastated. We cried for days," Kardashian said in the film. This emotional revelation sheds new light on the difficulties the couple quietly faced before finally becoming parents.
Barker and Kardashian welcomed their son, Rocky, in November 2023 after years of publicly documenting their journey to conception.
Kardashian and Barker's IVF Story
After an unsuccessful attempt to conceive, according to Kardashian, the couple turned to IVF in hopes of expanding their family. According to the documentary, the couple underwent five IVF treatments over eight months, but to no avail. Despite the setbacks, the couple later conceived naturally and had a son, Rocky, now 2. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has previously spoken publicly about the emotional and physical toll IVF took on her body, admitting the process was much more difficult than she initially anticipated.

Long before revealing the heartbreaking loss of her pregnancy, Kardashian revealed to fans her highly active parenting style for her son, Rocky. During an appearance on the "Khloé in Wonder Land" podcast last year, Kardashian revealed that she still holds Rocky during his naps, sometimes for hours at a time.
«"We have everything planned out for the whole day: classes, outfits, everything," Kardashian told her sister. Khloe Kardashian , comparing their approaches to raising children. "We just go with the flow.".

After confirming that she holds him "all the time," Kardashian admitted that one day her nap lasted five hours. "I'm sitting in my little chair, usually in the room, and I still have my little nursing pillow, and he's lying on it, and I have my arms underneath it," she explained.
Kardashian added that she also uses a "small radiation blanket" to protect Rocky from electromagnetic fields while resting.
Travis Barker says his son Rocky is already following in his musical footsteps.
While Barker and Kardashian continue to navigate parenthood, the Blink-182 drummer previously revealed that his son Rocky is already showing signs of inheriting his musical talents.
Last year, after the Run Travis Run 5K in New Orleans, Barker told PEOPLE that Rocky had already begun experimenting with musical instruments at 15 months. "[Rocky] just turned 15 months old today, and he's already playing drums, guitar, and everything," Barker said.
According to the rock musician, Rocky was obsessed with music and spent almost all day around musical instruments. "He plays constantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," Barker said.
Looking to the future, Barker said he and Kardashian hope to guide Rocky and the rest of their blended family simply by setting a positive example. "I hope we just lead by example," Barker told PEOPLE after he and Kardashian crossed the finish line hand in hand.
«"I think a person is born with a certain DNA that determines their personality, but we can always be there to just point them in the right direction," he added.
