At Variety's Power of Young Hollywood 2026 event on August 5, the ring stole the show. The singer, who rose to fame in 2012 at age 13 after Justin Bieber shared her cover of Etta James's "At Last" on YouTube, showed photographers the ring up close for the first time, Page Six reports.
The ring's centerpiece is a cushion-cut diamond. Experts estimate the diamond's weight to be between 10 and 15 carats. Its value is reportedly between $700,000 and $1.2 million.
Beer and Herbert officially announced their engagement on July 28. Beer celebrated the occasion by posting a series of photos from her engagement to the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback on Instagram. She captioned the post: "Meet my fiancé.".
According to Cosmopolitan, rumors of a romance between Herbert and Beer first surfaced in August 2025. They later confirmed their relationship with a kiss on the sideline during a Chargers game in October. Beer praised Herbert during her appearance on Therapuss with Jake Schein, giving a glimpse into their relationship. She said, "When I talk to my boyfriend, my hair could be on fire and I wouldn't even notice. Honestly. And to be honest, he's the first person I've ever felt that way about. It's like the world could be crumbling around me and I wouldn't even realize it. Oh, it's pretty sweet.".
Before her relationship with Herbert, Beer dated influencer Nick Austin from 2020 to mid-2025. She was also linked to musician Jack Gilinsky, Brooklyn Beckham, and music producer Zach Bia. In 2021, Herbert was linked to NFL reporter Taylor Bisciotti. According to Grazia, he also dated reality TV star Allie Eklund in 2023.
