Despite its title, Drake's "2 Hard 4 the Radio" made waves on the airwaves. It became the first new track from his three albums to chart. Billboard Radio Songs, which spans all formats, made him the first artist to achieve 100 chart positions in his career.
According to Luminate, the track entered the chart (dated June 6) at No. 50 with 9.4 million streams between May 22 and May 28, up 50% from the week before.

How Drake Rediscovered His Greatest Strength
This composition is taken from Drake's album ICEMAN , which topped the Billboard 200 chart for the second week in a row. The week before, thanks to this album, as well as songs HABIBTI и MAID OF HONOR , he became the first artist to simultaneously occupy the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 spots on the Billboard 200 chart.
One song from each album ICEMAN и MAID OF HONOR , released last year, have previously charted on the Radio Songs chart: "What Did I Miss?" (No. 27, August) from the former and "Which One" with Central Cee (No. 34, October) from the latter.
With the addition of "2 Hard 4 the Radio," he has reached 100 total Radio Songs hits. He first appeared on the list just over 17 years ago, with the debut of "Best I Ever Had" on May 23, 2009. It became his first of three No. 1 songs and his 24th top 10 hit; he subsequently topped the list with his appearance on Rihanna's "What's My Name?" in 2011 and his collaboration with WizKid and Kyla on "One Dance" in 2016.

Drake thus boasts the most chart entries on the Billboard Hot 100 (402) and two of the three charts used to calculate the Hot 100: streaming songs (309) and radio play. In digital song sales, he ranks third behind the cast of the series, with 160 charted tracks. «Glee» (237) and Taylor Swift (190).
"2 Hard 4 the Radio" debuted at No. 9 on the Hot 100 chart dated May 30, becoming one of nine new Drake songs to enter the top 10 and increasing his total number of top 10 hits to 90. "Janice STFU" spent its first two weeks on the chart at No. 1.
Drake's new music is dominated by R&B/hip-hop. "2 Hard 4 the Radio" rose from No. 31 to No. 19 in its second week on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, while "Janice STFU" debuted at No. 22.
