Leah Barnes ( Charlotte Riley ), one of the main characters of the series «Hollyoaks» , returns to the village, having received a new chance in life and a new man, Imran Malik ( Ijaz Rana ). Her return promises to make a real splash in the series.

In the series, it was revealed that Leah returns to the city and announces that she and Imran are not only moving back to Hollyoaks , but also bought a house by the river.
When Steve ( Kieron Richardson ) is shocked that his daughter is not only returning home but is also in a relationship with Imran, Leah explains that she kept it from him because she didn't want him to get too carried away, especially given everything that's going on with her brother Lucas Hay.
Returning to the village for good, Leah decides to throw a party for herself and Imran to celebrate their return to the Dog Pub. In preparation, she takes her father shopping to pick out something suitable for the occasion.
Later this week, Vicky Grant ( Anya Lawrence ) feels insecure because everyone around her is in love with her. Leah reminds her friend that she's a successful businesswoman, beautiful, and has no reason to be insecure.
Vicky and Prince McQueen ( Malik Thompson-Dwyer ) continue They exchange glances, which gives Leah an idea, which she quickly shares with Imran, explaining that she has finally found their next project.

Leah was born on February 27, 2007, to her mother, Amy Barnes. She is best known for the role she played. Ela-Mae Demirkan from April 2011 until its last appearance on September 24, 2024.
After the birth of her son James with Dillon Ray ( Nathaniel Dass ) the heroine left the village Hollyoaks and went to study law in San Diego.
Meanwhile, the role of Imran was played by Ijaz throughout the original series' 366-episode run, from 2017 until his departure in 2023, when he left the village to start a new life in London after recovering from an eating disorder.
Little is known about how exactly Leah and Imran fell in love and what exactly brought them back home, but one thing is certain: the village will never be the same again.
