Earlier, at 12:20: Taylor Swift's original song for the upcoming cartoon "Toy Story 5"« , "I Knew It, I Knew You" is now available as a music video on Spotify and Apple Music.

The song is closely tied to the story of Jessie (voiced by Joan Cusack), who first appeared on the playground in cartoon "Toy Story 2"« . Swift wrote it "right after getting home" from one of the first screenings of the film, and it marks a return to her country music roots, which can be heard on her first few albums, from her debut to Fearless to Speak Now и Red .

The music video opens with Jessie's first encounter with Woody, with Bullseye appearing in the background. She then joins the other toys, including Buzz Lightyear. Taylor Swift co-wrote this song with her frequent collaborator Jack Antonoff. She'll certainly be putting it in the Oscar running for Best Original Song. In the past, she's written songs like "Carolina" for the film« Where the Crayfish Sing» (2022), "Beautiful Ghosts" for the musical film "« Cats »" (2019), where she played Bombalurina, as well as "Safe and Sound" (featuring The Civil Wars) and "Eyes Open" for The Hunger Games« .
