Jesse Draper, Jessie may be entering a whole new chapter of her life, and this time it may involve romance. After a much-discussed split from her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jordan Ngatikaura, the reality star of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" is making a big comeback as a guest on "He Said G Said: Star Crossed," a dating show hosted by former reality stars Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann. And according to the hosts, Jessie's romantic relationship may have led to something surprisingly real.
In the episode that aired today, June 4, Jesse Draper struggles to cope with the aftermath of heartbreak and opens up to the possibility of finding love again, something Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann say she was more than ready for.

Unlike many reality dating shows, Jessie wasn't invited to participate in this project; she sought it out herself. "She contacted us," Gibelli told The Blast, explaining that Draper researched content related to "Star-Crossed" before finally declaring her interest.
«"She said, 'You know what? I need a good man. That sounds so good,'" Gibelli shared, admitting she wasn't sure Draper was serious at first. But after a few conversations, it became clear the "Mormon Wives" star was all for giving love another chance. "She was willing to do anything," Horstmann added. "She said, 'Let's do it. Find me a man.'".
For the couple, helping Jessie find true love was an obvious choice, especially after watching clips of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" and learning about her life online. "We just thought, 'Yeah, she deserves better,'" Gibelli said.
Why Weston Ritchie Seemed Perfect to Me
When it came time for Jesse to find a potential partner, the girls say one name quickly came to the fore: Weston Richie, known to fans of the reality show "The Perfect Couple.".
According to the hosts, Jessie made it clear she wasn't just looking for a casual date; she wanted a "man." "He just seemed like a real man to us," Horstmann said of Weston, describing him as level-headed, positive, and mature.
The hosts also thought the pairing made sense, as both Jessie and Weston are independent and successful in their own fields. "She's a business owner. She's very independent," Horstmann explained, noting that Weston shares similar qualities. "I felt like they wouldn't be intimidated by each other's success or background.".
Gibelli agreed, adding that Weston's calm demeanor could help Jessie find balance during a particularly chaotic time in her life. "He's the kind of person who helps you stay calm," she said.
Sparks flew faster than expected.
While reality dating shows are often filled with awkward silences and inappropriate small talk, Gibelli and Horstmann say Jessie's experience was quite different. In fact, it all flowed so naturally that the hosts felt they barely had to do their job. "After a while, I literally threw away my cards because I thought, 'We don't need to be here anymore,'" Gibelli admitted.
According to the hosts, Jesse and Weston quickly hit it off in conversation and navigated the date effortlessly, without any direction. "We just watched the date," Horstmann added.
For a show built on blind dating, the easy chemistry between the contestants was an encouraging sign and potentially promising for Jessie's future.
Draper's divorce has taken a painfully public turn.

Jessie's romantic relationship began after a particularly turbulent period in her personal life. Jordan Ngatikaura filed for divorce from Draper in March 2026 after five years of marriage. At the time, Draper publicly stated that the filing took her by surprise, claiming they had agreed to wait before telling their children.
The breakup quickly turned into a scandal and became public knowledge.

Draper later appeared on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, where she alleged that Ngatikaura had emotionally abused her, hacked her social media accounts, and blackmailed her. She also shared screenshots that she claimed showed her ex-husband using escorts and attending sex parties during their marriage. Ngatikaura has not publicly responded to these specific allegations.
The divorce comes after an already rocky period in the couple's relationship, which had previously split after Draper admitted to an emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette, and then briefly attempted reconciliation through therapy. "I definitely wouldn't cheat," she previously said. "I definitely wouldn't want to do it again, especially publicly. It would be a huge mistake.".
Since then, Draper has been open with fans about her recovery, focusing on herself, and returning to the dating world. And if the film "Unfortunate Fate" is any indication, her love life may finally be taking a promising turn.
