During her appearance on the "Friends Keep Secrets" podcast, Halsey recalled throwing a housewarming party shortly after purchasing a new home. What started out as a typical celebrity get-together quickly turned unforgettable when the police showed up and asked to speak to the homeowner. That homeowner turned out to be Halsey.
The singer, known for her hit "Without Me," admitted she had been drinking alcohol when police informed her they wanted to end the party. Instead of ending the party immediately, she decided to challenge their decision.
According to Halsey, she began listing all the aspects of the event that were within the rules. She claimed the party complied with noise restrictions, did not exceed the maximum number of participants, and did not create parking problems in the area.
