Several seasons American reality show Love Island filmed in Fiji, including seasons 1, 5, 6, 7 and now 8.
Arielle Vandenberg, who hosted the first three seasons of the show, gave fans a tour of the first-ever villa for the American series in 2019. The house featured 3,000 native Fijian plants for the garden, outdoor terraces, and custom-printed fabrics from Fiji, Los Angeles, and Sydney. The Hideaway villa was designed by Jonathan Adler.
Season five took place in a different house. Besides the new "Sunset Corner," the house featured typical villas «Islands of Love »"Elements like a heart-shaped shower, a shared bedroom, a separate living room, and a fire pit, as revealed on a 2023 tour.
As reported by Today , For the villa in Season 6, over 50 local residents, along with the show's production designer, worked to renovate the existing property. The 50,000-square-foot space features two swimming pools, a renovated "Private Nook," a ping-pong table, and much more.
Season 7 took place in the same villa, and season 8 will be the same.

The second season is in 2020 Love Island USA The show was held in the United States due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This time, the cast was based in Las Vegas on the rooftop of The Cromwell Hotel.
According to CBS News, the show's production designer transformed the hotel into a typical villa, complete with a fire pit, outdoor gym, pool, and sundeck.

The third season of the reality show Love Island USA In 2021, the show continued to take place in the United States, but this time, the contestants were sent to a villa in Hawaii.
As reported by Forbes , the episode was filmed at the Water Falling Estate in Ninole, Hawaii. According to Entertainment Tonight , On the estate's grounds there were two waterfalls and a water slide.

Season 4 Love Island USA returned to the mainland US in 2022, marking the show's first season on Peacock since moving from CBS.
In July 2022, the publication Santa Barbara Independent confirmed that the episode was filmed at the Dos Pueblos Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.
During a tour of the villa that year, new host Sarah Hyland showed off the gym, brand-new treehouse, secluded seating areas, and more.
